Carols on Christmas Eve

My Christmas starts here with a lovely candle-lit meal, the  log fire in the bar and a performance of carols to enjoy during the evening. This is one of those times I would love to be a customer! We have a few tables left and I’d love it to be full. Too good to miss in my biased opinion….

If you can’t make dinner, we are still taking bookings for lunch – where the carols are recorded only, but the atmosphere is great.

If you can’t make it, I wish you now a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Linda and the team.

Frankly Jazz every Friday night in the bar

Keyboard and a vocalist – with a great swing sound. Relax at the end of your working week in front of a log fire at the Old Deanery. You don’t have to book a meal to enjoy the music; order a drink or a bottle of wine with some olives and crisps. A great atmosphere.

Times Eat Out Offer for the Autumn

It doesn’t seem five minutes since the last offer but we are looking forward to meeting old friends and welcoming new Times reader customers for lunch or dinner in November and January . Tokens are available during the week beginning October 31st in the Times, Sunday Times and online! Its a great deal, especially when the food is as good as ours!  You often ask me why we do it and sometimes when we are absolutely rushed off our feet, I can’t answer you! But it is national advertising and I always hope it will lead to greater things.. see you all soon, I hope.
