Wensleydale
A traditional Wensleydale is a young cheese typically 6-8 weeks, it is a slightly crumbly, open textured creamy cheese, mild in taste.
Blue
Laceys Richmond blue has a rich and mellow flavour with a creamy, yet subtle, yeasty sweetness and a salty, nutty finish. The way to judge the quality of your blue is by how creamy it is, not how blue it is.
Olive
Laceys olive mescolate is a traditional Wensleydale, bursting with green and black olives, it has a crumbly moist texture, with a salty olive taste, backed up by generous pieces of chopped olives. Exclusive to Laceys of Richmond.
Cheddar
Mature cheddar that is strong and creamy matured for at least 12 months, giving it a tangy, nutty taste.
Garlic
Garlic and chive is a Wensleydale, with fresh garlic and sweet chives running through the cheese, a crumbly fresh cheese light and aromatic
