Halloween Set Lunch Menu

Pumpkin and parmesan velouté, truffle oil, toasted seeds

Chicken liver and foie gras parfait, toasted walnut bread, cinnamon butter

Hobgoblin battered squid, smoked paprika mayo

Goats cheese mousse, poached pear, walnuts, pear sorbet

Devilled pigs cheeks, apple purée, pancetta, creamed potato, spiced red cabbage

Spider crab cakes, samphire, confit tomatoes, tartare sauce

Butternut squash risotto, girolles, Wensleydale, baby spinach

Dessert

Trick or treacle tart, black treacle ice cream, apple gel

Blood orange jelly, dark chocolate sorbet, chocolate soil

Munster cheese, sweet and sour onions, blue cheese biscuits
