Valentine’s Day Menu

Amuse bouche – celeriac and truffle soup
Starters
Scallops with cauliflower purée, pancetta crisp
Pork and pistachio terrine, pickles and baby leaf salad
Devilled chestnut mushrooms, toasted brioche
Mains
Rib eye steak, peppers, caramelised onions and sautéed potatoes, with a choice of garlic butter, Madeira, peppercorn or béarnaise sauce.
Rabbit ballotine stuffed with chicken and tarragon mousse, braised pork belly, carrot purée, red wine jus
Pan seared seabass, tomato and mussel salsa, broad bean purée calamari, squid ink dressing
Celeriac and goats cheese roulade, aubergine caviar, marinated peppers, basil pesto, confit tomatoes
Desserts
Raspberry and white chocolate crème brûlée, lemon shortbread
Chocolate marquise, vanilla and mascarpone cream, tuile biscuit, chocolate dipped cherries
Cheese board with water biscuits, grapes, celery, pear and apricot chutney
